Description

Our Mindfulness and Meditation Programs includes:

  1. Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) - This program teaches mindfulness practices such as meditation, yoga, and body scan exercises to help individuals cope with stress, pain, and other physical and mental health issues.
  2. Loving-Kindness Meditation (LKM) - This program focuses on cultivating feelings of love, compassion, and acceptance towards oneself and others through guided meditation practices.
  3. Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) - This program combines mindfulness practices with cognitive-behavioral therapy to help individuals cope with negative thought patterns and emotions that can contribute to anxiety and depression.
  4. Pregnancy and Parenting Mindfulness - This program teaches mindfulness practices specifically for women who are pregnant or parenting, to help them cope with the challenges and stress of parenting and to cultivate a sense of connection with their child.
  5. Women's Wellness Retreats - These retreats offer a variety of mindfulness practices and activities designed to promote relaxation, self-care, and personal growth for women.
  6. Trauma-Informed Mindfulness - This program is designed to help women who have experienced trauma to heal and cope with the effects of trauma through mindfulness practices and other therapeutic techniques.
